Role at FSG
Aaron helps clients tackle complex social and environmental problems by applying FSG’s innovative approaches to strategic social impact, with a focus on shared value and global development. He most recently worked with a major beverage corporation to develop a shared value and strategic CSR strategy in Brazil, focused on sustainable sourcing and youth workforce development. He has also helped lead a working group of international NGOs focused on enhancing their strategy for partnering with multinational corporations on shared value initiatives.
Prior to joining FSG, Aaron worked as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Co. in the firm’s Brussels and Lisbon offices, managing projects with public, corporate, and nonprofit clients in the areas of sustainability, economic development, organizational design, and corporate strategy. At McKinsey, Aaron was selected as a Sustainability & Resource Productivity Fellow, specializing in consulting engagements on sustainable economic development topics in Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa. Prior to McKinsey, Aaron worked for two years for the Clinton Foundation helping build and run an HIV/AIDS treatment clinic in a rural and resource-poor district in Mozambique. Additionally, Aaron helped launch a housing microfinance product with Ashoka in Brazil and has worked with several NGOs in Argentina, Bolivia, and Nicaragua.
