Role at FSG
Ashley supports two of FSG’s managing directors as part of the Boston operations team. Her responsibilities include scheduling meetings with external clients, internal calendar management, travel coordination, database management, business development support, and other administrative duties alongside providing some leverage to case teams.
Prior to joining FSG, Ashley spent several years in program management and partnership building roles in the nonprofit sector with an emphasis on education. This came after two years serving in AmeriCorps, first as a VISTA developing and managing a Service Learning Program at Regis College and then at the Massachusetts Promise Fellowship where she developed college access resources and managed the coordination and growth of programming to community partners.

On working at FSG
“I was drawn to FSG and its commitment to large-scale, lasting social change. I am excited and proud to work for an organization that understands that social change is only possible if we work across sectors, build strong partnerships and stronger ideas, and believe that real change is possible today. It’s immediately apparent how passionate and devoted the people are at FSG and it is energizing and refreshing to work on a team that strives not only to transform the world but also one another.”
