Role at FSG
Harshika contributes to the Inclusive Markets approach area at FSG through research and insight generation. Her work focuses on creating sustainable and scalable market-based solutions targeting the Base of the Pyramid. She is particularly drawn to business innovation, education, and health initiatives in the developing world context. Most recently, she has worked on projects based on the sexual and reproductive health, as well as early childhood education, of urban low-income households in India.
Prior to joining FSG, Harshika worked with a social enterprise, Milaap.org, to build a rating framework that measures the performance of its non-profit microfinance partners. She has also worked with Deloitte Haskins & Sells in Mumbai where she gained professional experience in providing audit and tax services to the private sector.
