Jaclyn Marcatili

Jaclyn leads the staffing function for U.S. consulting, forming the teams that deliver projects for our clients. She partners closely with business development and professional development leads to ensure staffing assignments meet our business needs while providing development opportunities for our people. Finally, Jaclyn informs recruitment and onboarding processes for U.S. consulting and coordinates training opportunities for consultants.

To the role, Jaclyn brings her five years of experience on the consulting team advising multinational corporations and foundations on their social impact strategies. Her work focused primarily on the pursuit of health equity both domestically and globally, as well as coaching for Fortune 500 companies seeking to embed equity in an enterprise-wide manner.

Before FSG

As an undergraduate, Jaclyn focused on human rights, social development, and the arts. During her summers, she worked to provide free legal and social services to asylum-seekers in Texas and further research on humanitarian innovation at Oxford University’s Refugee Studies Center. Jaclyn has worked with the Institute for Diversity in the Arts and the Stanford Institute for the Arts, both of which deepened her commitment to the arts as a catalyst for social change and civic engagement.
