Marcia comes to FSG with several years of nonprofit experience including program design and evaluation, staff recruitment and management, and strategic partnership development. Marcia has worked closely with nonprofit organizations, foundations, corporations, and government agencies to create programs and initiatives designed to promote positive social change.Full bio
Role at FSG
As Senior Manager of Recruiting, Marcia leads FSG's efforts to attract top talent for every role within the organization. Working with the Director of People Development and the Leadership Group, she and the team are responsible for developing and implementing the firm-wide recruiting strategy.
Prior to joining FSG, Marcia worked as the Program Manager for This Way Ahead at Enterprise for High School Students. In partnership with Gap Foundation, Marcia designed and implemented the first four years of This Way Ahead, a training and internship program for underserved youth who face significant barriers to higher education and employment. Additionally, Marcia worked with Bay Area Women Against Rape and the National Coalition Against Domestic Violence.
