Role at FSG
In her role as Manager of Staffing, Sarah partners with FSG leadership and consulting staff to optimize staffing assignments and resource allocation for client work as well as internal projects within a highly dynamic environment. Her time is focused on understanding the needs of case teams and project work as well as the professional development needs and interests of FSG staff, and acting as a thought partner and coach to individuals across the firm with respect to staffing. As part of this work, Sarah also collaborates with her colleagues on the People team to ensure that everyone at FSG feels supported and positioned for success and growth at every stage.
Sarah comes to FSG with experience in both the private and nonprofit sectors, having spent the last ten years in the human capital space. She held internal talent development/management roles at Dun & Bradstreet and KIPP Foundation, where she was responsible for performance management, employee engagement surveys, and a variety of strategic staff and manager development initiatives. Most recently, she worked as Greater Boston Director at Education Pioneers, a national education nonprofit, developing partnerships with client organizations and overseeing site operations with respect to recruiting, talent placement, program management, and career development.
