Role at FSG
As the Program Coordinator for the 100K Opportunities Initiative, Tiffany’s main roles involve event planning, managing the website/social media, and supporting the team with administrative tasks. Launched in August 2015, the 100K Opportunities Initiative is creating the nation’s largest employer-led coalition focused on helping young people build skills and attain credentials while connecting them to employment. The coalition has committed to training and hiring 100,000 ‘opportunity youth’—16-24 year olds with untapped talent and potential who face systemic barriers to jobs and education—by 2018.
Prior to joining FSG, Tiffany worked at Hawaii Permanente Medical Group as the Learning and Development Coordinator where she ran leadership and communication skills courses for the physicians and was involved in planning and leading companywide professional development events. Prior to this, Tiffany held roles as an HR team leader at Target, a Corporate Trainer in the Leadership and Employee Development department at Bank of Hawaii, and a Consumer Credit Counselor at CCCS of Hawaii during her AmeriCorps service.

On working at FSG
“I remember how important my first job out of college was for my esteem and skills development. Without that opportunity, I would not have found my path to FSG and the 100K Opportunities Initiative. I am privileged to work with people who are intelligent, passionate, and determined to see positive social change happen.”
