Role at FSG
As a Learning Community Manager at FSG, Tiffany supports the Impact Hiring Initiative by managing the broad learning community of employers. Launched in 2017, the Impact Hiring Initiative facilitates and supports a learning community of employers and workforce partners interested in innovating best practices in hiring, retention, and advancement of Opportunity Youth and other populations facing barriers to employment.
Prior to joining FSG, Tiffany worked at Hawaii Permanente Medical Group as the Learning and Development Coordinator where she ran leadership and communication skills courses for the physicians and was involved in planning and leading companywide professional development events. Prior to this, Tiffany held roles as an HR team leader at Target, a Corporate Trainer in the Leadership and Employee Development department at Bank of Hawaii, and a Consumer Credit Counselor at CCCS of Hawaii during her AmeriCorps service.
