Welcoming Three New Leaders to FSG’s US Consulting Practice

We recently welcomed three new senior leaders to FSG’s US Consulting Practice: Noa Gafni, Managing Director; Ryan De Souza, Director; and Clare Schroder, Director.

Noa Gafni, Managing Director

Noa is an expert at the intersection of impact, inclusion, and innovation and will focus on working with corporations to advance their impact strategies. She was most recently the founding executive director of the Rutgers Institute for Corporate Social Innovation and has also worked for the World Economic Forum and led an impact consulting firm. Noa is a thought leader on the role of corporations in society, and contributes to leading publications, including the Harvard Business Review, The Economist, and Wall Street Journal.

Ryan De Souza, Director

Photo of Ryan De Souza.As a director in FSG’s health practice, Ryan brings deep health equity and strategy expertise and has advised leading foundations and corporations. Ryan rejoins FSG from Genentech where he led strategy and cultivated relationships for a multimillion-dollar grantmaking portfolio aimed at equitable healthcare system transformation. He is data-driven and a powerful storyteller, and an advocate for health equity and racial justice. He is a proven people leader and coach, providing his teams with clear direction and support to increase their social impact.

Ryan says, “I’m thrilled to be a part of this dedicated team of social impact leaders. FSG is a proven trusted advisor and is poised to drive even bigger impact as it walks alongside clients to help them realize their strategic goals. I’m honored to be a humble learner and an effective teacher with my colleagues and clients.”

Clare Schroder, Director 

As a director in FSG’s health practice, Clare will work with both corporate and philanthropic clients focused on creating healthy populations. Clare was recently at BCG and brings deep experience in global and US health, equity, and systems change. She spent nearly four years in her prior roles at FSG and engaged with a range of clients with a focus on U.S. and global health, including work on social determinants of health, equitable and global access of diagnostic and therapeutic products, and systems change opportunities to improve mental health. Clare is also experienced with leading teams and is committed to their professional development.

“I have dedicated my career to creating positive social impact and change,” says Clare. “Nowhere else I’ve worked has so clearly aligned to this ambition as FSG.
