The Rockefeller Foundation and Monitor Institute have launched Engage: How Funders Can Support and Leverage Networks for Social Impact, a new online resource to “strengthen the capacity of grantmakers to support and leverage networks in service of their social impact goals.”
The guide features practical checklists, stories from grantmakers, and a list of recommended additional reading (including The Dawn of System Leadership, Evaluating Complexity, and the Roundtable on Community Engagement and Collective Impact from FSG and the Collective Impact Forum), and is divided into sections answering 3 main questions:
- What could a network help me achieve?
- What could I do for a network?
- How do I get started?
