Nonprofits/NGOs
FSG helps nonprofits, NGOs, and governmental agencies deliver on their strategy, enhance collaboration, and learn through research, facilitation, and evaluation.
Since 2000, FSG has advised the world’s leading organizations and agencies on how to best leverage their resources to improve lives around the world. Our services range from addressing specific strategic questions to the comprehensive design, implementation, and evaluation of strategic initiatives.
Who We Help
NGOs
FSG helps non-governmental organizations navigate increasingly complex challenges, including the changing role of business as a social impact actor, the growing demand to empower individuals, and an increasingly fragmented funding landscape. We use a systems-based approach to help clients set ambitious, system-level goals by conducting ecosystem mapping, identifying critical gaps, and leveraging their assets as well as those of other organizations, to fill those gaps. FSG also helps NGOs harness the private sector through purpose-driven strategies that create jobs, new products addressing critical needs, and prosperity in local communities.
Our NGO clients include Save the Children, Mercy Corps, Oxfam, and The Asia Foundation.
NPOs
FSG helps nonprofits increase their social impact through a systems change approach focused on equitable outcomes. We work with NPO leadership and boards to develop a shared vision of impact across the organization and communities served and a plan to achieve that vision. FSG is adept at facilitating the co-creation of adaptive strategies for greater impact, growth, and sustainability. We also help NPOs build their evaluation capacity through technical assistance, coaching, workshops, learning, and evaluation partnerships. We are skilled at helping convene communities of practice and developing learning agendas and evaluation frameworks that provide guidance around strategic learning questions.
Our NPO clients include, Eye Alliance, WWF International, and the Union of Concerned Scientists.
