FSG Senior Consultant Autumn McDonald presents collective impact in combating childhood obesity at the 2015 Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program-Education (SNAP-Ed) Local Implementing Agency (LIA) Forum. Autumn will participate in a 75-minute plenary session designed to establish a common understanding for what is collective impact, why it is important, how it is different from other forms of collaboration, the structure and governance of collective impact initiatives, and how to structure a backbone organization.
