FSG Managing Director Laura Herman gives the luncheon keynote address on collective impact at Charities@Work annual conference. Laura will discuss the collective impact model, the conditions for its success, and some examples of how working collectively has materially moved the needle on a number of issues from juvenile justice and education to health, in the US and in the developing world. Laura will draw on her work on the New York Juvenile Justice case study, and will also talk about the role of funders, including corporate funders.
