FSG Director Ryan De Souza led a session called “Increasing Student Agency & Voice through Systems Change” at the Impact Florida 2025 Education Summit. The six conditions of systems change is a powerful framework to help demystify the complex, often unseen dynamics underpinning seemingly-intractable challenges.
Ryan facilitated this hands-on session that invited K-12 district leaders to leverage the six conditions framework to diagnose the barriers to student agency and voice and develop effective strategies for lasting change.
