Kim Gilsdorf facilitated a panel discussion on how employers can better partner with nonprofits to create opportunities for young people at the Aspen Institute’s Opportunity Youth Incentive Fund (OYIF) Spring Convening 2017. The panel featured business leaders and young people from Gap, Inc. and Wegmans, in addition to their nonprofit partners.
