Amanda Willard is a Talent Acquisition Leader whose team is equipping T-Mobile with the talent needed to change the wireless industry. Amanda’s staffing expertise spans more than two decades. Her bold, analytical, and creative problem solving has created a demonstrated track record of driving innovative and aggressive recruiting operation process improvements and effective customer and candidate-centric enhancements. She has earned her Master’s in Business Administration along with SHRM-SCP and HRCI-SPHR certifications. She also had the pleasure of speaking at the 2016 National SHRM conference.
