Ankita joins FSG with research and strategy experience across the social and sustainable development sectors. As a program assistant, Ankita is responsible for coordinating the fundraising, dissemination, and other program-related activities for the Program to Improve Early Education (PIPE) and Growing Livelihood Opportunities for Women (GLOW) in urban India.
Before FSG
Before joining FSG, Ankita worked with Caritas India, where she supported the execution and implementation of the strategic plan within the organization and among selected partners. She was responsible for ensuring that community development and volunteering plans were mainstreamed within the programs by supporting organizational capacity-building initiatives, managing the network of partners and mobilizing knowledge sharing among internal and external stakeholders.
Prior to this, while working at WEConnect International in India, she managed the portfolio of women entrepreneurs and worked towards the common goal of supporting women business owners by connecting them to qualified buyers around the world, including other women-owned businesses.
