Dipti Mandpe joins FSG with several years of experience in talent engagement, performance management, compensation design and deployment, and talent planning and management. As senior manager of human assets, Dipti is responsible for leading and implementing the people strategy for the India office.
Before FSG
Prior to joining FSG, Dipti worked with the PwC India office for more than 5 years as a human resources business partner. She has also been associated with IT organizations like Infosys and TCS in the capacity of a HRBP and a workforce planning manager.
