Divya comes to FSG with several years of experience in core HR domain. Divya has managed the HR processes of recruitment, onboarding, training and development, exit formalities, and employee relations in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and software development sectors in the Indian market. At FSG, Divya focuses primarily on training, onboarding, recruitment, and other day to day HR internal processes.
Before FSG
Prior to joining FSG, Divya worked in Mobond Software Consultancy Services (m-Indicator) in the HR operations function. Before that, she worked in the HR management function at Alchemist Ltd and in Fortis Healthcare Ltd as Management Trainee-Human Resources.
