Jay joins FSG with a strong background in brand growth and strategy, with experience across e-commerce and consulting sectors. He is currently working on projects that drive social impact and economic inclusion. Jay is passionate about leveraging strategic insights to create lasting change in underserved communities

Before FSG

Prior to joining FSG, Jay was instrumental in launching and scaling the Beverly Hills Polo Club brand on the Namshi marketplace in the Gulf, where he achieved $1 million in sales within nine months. He has also worked with the eGov Foundation, which sparked his interest in the impact sector, as well as with Apparel Group, where he focused on strategic growth and market expansion initiatives.
