As a member of the People Team, Kristen works to ensure FSG’s greatest asset, its people, have the resources and supports they need to show up in their roles every day effectively and with a sense of belonging. With more than 13 years of nonprofit HR experience, Kristen has seen the deep impact that sustainable, equitable, and people-focused HR practices can have on an organization’s greater mission. Through coaching and mentorship, talent development, policy creation and implementation, benefits design, and employee relations, Kristen helps to foster a culture that values empathy, inclusivity, creativity, learning, and growth.
Before FSG
Before joining FSG in 2011, Kristen worked as an Executive Coordinator and Office Manager in the medical and mental health fields.
