Maria joins FSG with over 15 years of experience hiring, managing, and mentoring people across various industries. Driven by an intrinsic motivation to cultivate inclusive workplaces, Maria has focused on talent acquisition and embedding DEI into people and culture processes for the past six years.
Before FSG
Prior to FSG, Maria worked for a boutique consulting firm, and her tenure was marked by her instrumental role in establishing the firm’s executive search function. In her capacity, Maria provided guidance to organizations and companies of all sizes on matters of organizational design, development, and strategic hiring practices. She also collaborated closely with industry leaders to design and deliver workshops promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace, leaving a lasting impact on the organizations she worked with.
