Natalia joins FSG with experience in public health research, policy analysis, and international development. She is passionate about developing data-driven solutions to complex social challenges and has expertise in program evaluation and policy development focused on health equity and social justice.
Before FSG
Prior to joining FSG, Natalia worked at the Thrive Center for Children, Families, and Communities, where she conducted program evaluations and quantitative and qualitative research on behavioral health initiatives. She also served as a consultant at Global Health Strategies, developing strategic communications and program implementation support. Her experience includes work with the Connecticut Public Health Association and the International Organization for Migration, where she focused on health policy analysis and refugee mental health research.
