Nikita joins FSG with consulting experience across the agriculture sector in India. At FSG’s Mumbai office, she is responsible for conducting research and analysis for projects based on the collective impact and inclusive markets approach. Currently, she is working on a collective impact project to improve livelihood opportunities for women garment workers in Bangladesh.
Before FSG
Prior to joining FSG, Nikita worked as a strategic advisory analyst on the ESG aspects of clean energy projects. She was also involved in COVID relief projects targeting vulnerable children. Nikita holds an undergraduate degree from Sri Ram College of Commerce at the University of Delhi, during which she interned with Ernst and Young. While on campus, she was active in the parliamentary debating circuit, in addition to regularly contributing to student-run magazines and newsletters.
