Pavithra joins FSG with prior experience in business strategy and technology. At FSG, Pavithra works within the inclusive markets approach. She is currently supporting the implementation of a market-based sanitation (MBS) project in rural Uganda.
Before FSG
Before joining FSG, Pavithra worked with BlackBuck, a logistics start-up focused on digitizing the Indian trucking ecosystem. At BlackBuck, Pavithra worked on strategizing and implementing multiple new initiatives. She also worked on business and financial planning as a part of the COO’s office. Prior to BlackBuck, Pavithra was managing shop-floor operations for one of the steel-making units at Tata Steel.
