Priydarshini joins FSG with experience in finance and helping scale social sustainability solutions for blue-collar, manufacturing sectors. She is currently working on the URBAN WASH program at FSG. Priydarshini is extremely interested in the market-based solutions approach for creating scalable change alongside how businesses can effectively drive inclusive social and economic progress through everyday decision making.
Before FSG
Prior to joining FSG, Priydarshini worked with Good Business Lab – a labour research and innovation organization where she was helping scale the venture arm. Within her role, she worked on building go to market strategies, partner engagement and enhancing awareness for worker wellbeing tools . She has also worked within investment banking at Bank of America before pivoting to the impact space.
