Riya joins FSG with consulting and project management experience in the impact sector, having worked at Central Square Foundation where she contributed to large-scale systems reform in foundational literacy and numeracy. She is currently working on FSG’s GLOW program to open up job opportunities for women from low-income families in India.
Before FSG
Before joining FSG, Riya worked with Central Square Foundation as a project manager where she supported large scale implementation of NIPUN Bharat Mission and worked on strategizing new initiatives for educational reform. Prior to CSF, she worked with the Hearth Advisors as a management consultant across the sectors of education and sustainability.
