On Working at FSG
At FSG, I am surrounded by colleagues who are not only unafraid to ask the hard questions about the world but also courageous enough to never settle on the easy answers. I joined Talent Rewire because I was compelled by its mission to help employers unlock the business potential of Opportunity Employment. I could see both the immediate and long-lasting impacts that engaging with employment practices could have on the lives of those who have been systemically marginalized. I’m excited to learn, re-learn, and implement with a team committed to doing better.
