In addition to his event planning experience, Ulises brings a passion for social impact and service to his role at FSG. As the events and operations manager for Talent Rewire, Ulises supports the initiative by producing unique, inspiring, and catalytic events, and through programmatic support, including community engagement, research, and content development.
Before FSG
Prior to joining FSG, Ulises worked as executive assistant to the founder and owner of Sweet Generation, a nonprofit program for at-risk youth, teaching job readiness skills in a creative bakery space.

- Universidad Icesi, Cali, Colombia. Courses in quality management systems, communication skills for customer service, and humanization of health care services.
